Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹60 shipping on orders below ₹499
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India — additional ₹30 COD handling fee applies
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 working days
- Remote/hilly areas: 7–10 working days
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day (Monday–Saturday)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are dispatched the next working day
- You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number once dispatched

Returns & Refund Policy

What Can Be Returned
- Products returned within 7 days of delivery are accepted
- Item must be unused, sealed in original packaging
- Damaged or defective products — we will replace or refund fully, no questions asked
- Wrong product delivered — full replacement at no cost to you
What Cannot Be Returned
- ✕Opened or partially used products (unless damaged/defective)
- ✕Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- ✕Products without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 70510 56287 within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send your order details and a photo of the product
- We will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send it back
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned product
- Online payments: refunded to original payment source
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer (NEFT) — please share your bank details via WhatsApp
Packaging & Quality Assurance
- All products are sealed at our WHO-GMP certified facility before dispatch
- Tamper-evident packaging — do not accept if seal is broken on delivery
- Products are packed with bubble wrap and cushioning to prevent damage in transit
- Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate thermal protection
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo immediately before opening and send it to us on WhatsApp. We will replace the order at no cost.

If you purchased through Amazon India, please follow Amazon's standard return and refund policy. Amazon's A-to-Z guarantee covers your purchase.
