We strive to accurately describe all our products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly. All products are Ayurvedic dietary supplements.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are currently processed via WhatsApp (+91 70510 56287), Amazon India and IndiaMART. Payment terms and return policies are governed by the respective platform used for purchase. For direct WhatsApp orders, payment details will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product. We do not accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the Shah Hayaat brand — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shah Hayaat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
